How it works

1

Report it

A resident reports an incident with category, location and severity.

2

Verify it

Neighbours confirm it's real — false alarms get filtered out fast.

3

Resolve it

Security companies dispatch, businesses supply, everyone sees it close.

How-to guides

Step-by-step for every kind of user.

For residents
  1. Open the Residents tab.
  2. Allow GPS, or set your location by address using the pin button on the map.
  3. Browse live incidents inside your 500 m zone — filter by category or Active only.
  4. Tap Confirm on anything you can verify, or Safe to mark yourself okay.
  5. Report new incidents with Report Incident — category, address, details, severity.
  6. In an emergency, use the red SOS button — it always calls real emergency numbers.
For businesses
  1. Open the Business tab.
  2. Check live alerts relevant to your premises — power trips, water bursts, cable theft.
  3. Tap List your business and choose a category.
  4. Add your description, area and contact number — residents see you instantly.
  5. When an incident near you needs a trade, you appear as the Vendor Match with a one-tap call.
  6. Keep your response time honest — it shows on your listing.
For security control rooms
  1. Open the Control Room tab for the security feed.
  2. Watch the incident table — sorted live, newest first.
  3. Filter by status: Active, Responding or Resolved.
  4. Dispatch a unit with Dispatch Response — moves the incident to Responding.
  5. Close it out with Mark Resolved once the scene is clear.
  6. Use resident confirmation counts as on-the-ground corroboration.

How to get the most from your listing
  1. Keep your category specific — Gate & Automation beats General contractor.
  2. State your average response time honestly — residents filter on it.
  3. Respond fast to Vendor Match calls during outages — that's when you win repeat customers.
  4. Ask happy residents to confirm your work — it builds your Trusted badge.

Control-room workflow
  1. Monitor the Active filter for new reports.
  2. Check the Confirm count — higher means more neighbours corroborating.
  3. Dispatch with Dispatch Response so the community sees help is on the way.
  4. Close with Mark Resolved when the scene is clear.
  5. Coordinate per sector — the Valhalla mesh tags every incident by zone.
