| Open | Every incident not yet Resolved — includes Active, Dispatched, Responding, On-Scene and SAPS. Default feed filter. |
| Active | Newly logged incident awaiting a dispatch decision. Action: Dispatch. |
| Dispatched | Security company / unit has been assigned and notified. Action: Mark On-Scene on arrival. |
| Responding | Unit has acknowledged and is en route to the scene. Action: Mark On-Scene on arrival. |
| On-Scene | Unit has physically arrived at the incident location. Action: Hand to SAPS. |
| SAPS | Incident handed to SAPS (South African Police Service) with an optional case reference. Action: Resolve. |
| Resolved | Incident closed. Removed from the Open filter and shown only under Resolved or All. |
| Audio Alerts | Two-tone dispatch alarm plays when a new high-severity incident arrives that is not yet resolved. Toggle via Sound On/Off. Browser audio unlocks on first interaction. |
